Have Your Questions Ready for Your Surgeon

A favorite patient always comes in ready to go to get all her questions answered. She is very educated and has listened to almost all my videos and always comes prepared with an extra photocopy of her questions for my scribes.

Our scribes find this very helpful as we can document things more clearly in what is often a short visit with a very short amount of time to examine the patient, answer all questions, and document everything well.

We do not expect this of our patients, but it is memorable as it really is helpful to everyone in the room to keep on track and get all questions answered.
